Our Approach
Neurodivergent-Affirming Care
Neurodivergent-affirming (or neuro-affirming) care is an approach that accepts, respects, and embraces neurodivergent brains (such as autism, ADHD, dyslexia) as natural variations of human, rather than as deficits or disorders requiring repair. It emphasizes a strength-based perspective, prioritizing the individual’s authentic experience, autonomy, and tailored support over conformity to neurotypical standards.
